The PeerStrong™ admin platform allows the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation to match patients with Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis (and their caregivers) with trained Peer Supporters. The PeerStrong™ web and mobile platforms then facilitate communication between Peers and Peer Supporters via phone call, chat, and participation in a community forum to better support patients and families through their IBD journeys.
